Amanda Coleman-Phelps, Chair of the International Guilds Council, presented Andy with this esteemed award during Tuesday’s breakfast.

In her presentation, Coleman-Phelps praised Andy for his innovative and community-focused approach, stating, "Andy represents the epitome of innovation and community engagement within the jewelry industry." This acknowledgment reflects Andy's unwavering dedication to excellence and his commitment to advancing the industry through education and collaboration.

Andy's role as CEO of Wishfluence, a CRM mobile app tailored for the jewelry industry, highlights his deep understanding of industry needs and his proactive efforts to enhance sales and capabilities for businesses. His leadership as President of the Northwest Arkansas Guild further demonstrates his commitment to fostering a strong and supportive community within the jewelry sector.
